Huntsville Hospital Health System offers flexible scheduling, with 8, 10, 12, and 16 hour shifts available to help support your lifestyle preferences. Choose the days of the week that work best for you. Additionally, enjoy the option to rotate throughout our regional hospitals and facilities.
Competitive Pay & Referral Bonus
 We offer highly competitive compensation packages, with an annual retention bonus and base pay ranging up to $231,500. Premium pay option available for weekends, extra shifts, and voluntary call-back. Additional sign-on bonus of $45,000 available with a three-year work commitment.
